La Dimora di Mara

The house is located in Polignano a Mare, in the hamlet of San Vito and it is 2 km from the downtown. The property has a terrace with sea view and it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. The sea is only a few dozen meters from the house.

The property has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, one double and one single bed and the bathroom with shower box. On the first floor there is a living area with kitchen, barbecue, sofa and a beautiful terrace with sea view.

San Vito is an ancient small hamlet characterized by a magnificent Benedictine abbey and a colorful fishing port. The hamlet is a seaside resort thanks to beautiful beaches such as Porto Cavallo, Porto Contessa and the beach of San Vito just close by the Abbey.

Thanks to a cycle-pedestrian track, it is possible to reach the beautiful old town of Polignano a Mare in less than 10 minutes by bike, with its narrow and winding alleys, its tufa houses clinging to the rocks and the magnificent balconies overlooking the sea. It is also possible to reach the downtown of Polignano a Mare by bus.

The accomodation is far 48Km from the Airport of Bari, 33 Km from Alberobello, 13 Km from Monopoli, 21 Km from the beautiful caves of Castellana Grotte, 50 Km from Ostuni, 83 Km from Matera and 120 Km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
