Liàma in Villa Karmel is a stone studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and Wi-Fi and large outdoor area. It is located in a beautiful villa in the heart of Valle d’Itria, about 2 km from Cisternino. The accommodation is just perfect for a relaxing stay in the countryside and at the same time to easily visit the Valle d’Itria or reach the nearby sea of Pilone, Torre Canne and Torre Guaceto.

The “liàma” is a characteristic Apulian rural building in dry stone, once built as temporary shelters for farmers engaged in the fields. The accommodation is a studio apartment with a double bed, a kitchen with sink and a 2-burner gas cooker, a wooden table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, a gazebo reserved for guests, a large square, another large shared wooden gazebo, an authentic trullo with a typical wood-burning oven and with a small museum about out rural culture. The villa has a large garden with a georgeous view of Valle d’Itria.

Villa Karmel is far about 2 Km from Cisternino, 20 Km from the outstanding beaches of Pilone and Torre Canne. Brindisi airport is far 56 Km and the one of Bari 95 Km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, Ostuni at 16 Km, Martina Franca at 9 Km, Locorotondo at 11 Km, Alberobello at 18 Km, the beautiful nature reserve and the gorgeous beach of Torre Guaceto at 41 Km, the caves of Castellana Grotte at 33 Km, Monopoli at 34 Km, Polignano a Mare at 40 Km, Lecce at 95 Km and Matera at 85 Km.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
