Terrazza di Mario is a characteristic second floor tuff apartment with barrel vaults, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, about 600m from the town beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
