Villa Karmel is and elegant villa located in the woderful Valle D’Itria, about 2 Km from Cisternino. The villa is shared with the owners, wonderful, discrete and very kind people who will welcome you and advise you about what to do and what to visit in the surrounding area. For exclusive use of guests there are a large outdoor area, a two-room apartment with a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and a studio apartment housed in a “liàma”, a typical Apulian rural dry stone building, equipped with kitchenette and bathroom. Both housing units are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Villa Karmel can accommodate up to 5 people and it is perfect for a relaxing stay in the countryside and easily visiting Valle d’Itria or reach the nearby seaside of Pilone, Torre Canne and Torre Guaceto.

The dépendance includes a living room with built-in kitchen equipped with gas burners and a sink, a sofa bed for an additional guest and a table with chairs, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a reserved wooden pergola with sitting area and outdoor table and chairs. About the “liàma”, it is a characteristic Apulian rural building in dry stone, once built as temporary shelters for paesants engaged in the fields. This housing unit, recently renovated, is a studio apartment with a double bed, a kitchen with sink and a 2-burner gas cooker, a wooden table with chairs, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, a gazebo reserved for guests, a large square, another large shared wooden gazebo, an authentic trullo with a typical wood-burning oven and a garden with a splendid view of the Valle d’Itria countryside.

Villa Karmel is far about 2 Km from Cisternino, 20 Km from the outstanding beaches of Pilone and Torre Canne. Brindisi airport is far 56 Km and the one of Bari 95 Km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, Ostuni at 16 Km, Martina Franca at 9 Km, Locorotondo at 11 Km, Alberobello at 18 Km, the beautiful nature reserve and the gorgeous beach of Torre Guaceto at 41 Km, the caves of Castellana Grotte at 33 Km, Monopoli at 34 Km, Polignano a Mare at 40 Km, Lecce at 95 Km and Matera at 85 Km.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
