Balconcino sul Mare is a semi-detached villa with a balcony overlooking the sea, in front of the Cala Ponte Marina yacht club in Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is about 1200 m (15 minutes walk) from the city-center of Polignano a Mare, 350 m from the nearby beach of “Ponte dei Lapilli” and 800 m from the one of “Porto Cavallo”. The villa has veranda, barbecue, private parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The villa consists of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and fridge, a kitchen with sink, electric oven, 4 gas burners, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, with table and chairs . Outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs, deck chairs, a private car park (very suitable for those with a car) and a pergola with a barbecue area.

Balconcino sul Mare is far 1200 m (15 min by walk) from the city-center of Polignano a Mare, few hundreds meters from the beaches of Ponte dei Lapilli, Porto Cavallo and Porto Contessa. It is far 48 km from Bari Airport and 80 km from Brindisi Airport. The house is about 12 km from Monopoli, 19 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 32 km from Alberobello, 36 km from Locorotondo, 42 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 74 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
