Al Castello di AMEC are three independent apartments recently renovated, created in an ancient tuff fisherman’s house. The apartments are located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, facing the sea and the Carlo V Castle, about 500 meters from the nearest beach.

Apt Emanuela is accessed via an entrance located on Largo Castello, in the heart of Monopoli historic center and few steps away from the famous ancient port. The area is characterized by an intense flow of people due to the beauty of this glimpse. Apt Emanuela is organized on three levels and is equipped with air conditioning and fiber WiFi. It can comfortably accommodate two people and it is the ideal solution for couples looking for a stay in the heart of Monopoli.

A few step staircase leads to a small kitchen/living room equipped with an induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, kettle and table with chairs. On the semi-basement floor we find the bedroom with a double bed. Going further down we arrive at the characteristic bathroom with shower created inside an ancient cellar.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
