Al Castello di AMEC are three independent apartments recently renovated, created in an ancient tuff fisherman’s house. The apartments are located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, facing the sea and the Carlo V Castle, about 500 meters from the nearest beach.

The entrance to Apt Marika is located in a side street off the Carlo V Castle, in the historic center and few steps away from the famous ancient port. The area is characterized by an intense flow of people due to the beauty of this glimpse. Apt Marika has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea and the Carlo V Castle. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fiber WiFi and can accommodate up to three people.

A staircase leads to the small kitchen/living room equipped with an induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, kettle and table with chairs. There is also a single sofa bed.
On the same floor we find the double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is a private terrace with a splendid view of the Castle and the sea. The terrace has a pergola, table with chairs and sun loungers.

Al Castello di AMEC – Apt Marika is far 62 km from the Bari Airport, 71 km from the Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is far about than 500m (7 min by walk) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 12 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 22 km from Alberobello, 26 km from Locorotondo, 33 km from Cisternino, 34 km from Martina Franca, 41 km from Ostuni 77 km from Matera and 110 Km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am
