The accommodation is accessed from Largo Gelso, the square overlooking the sea famous for the statue of Domenico Modugno. Inside the accomodation we find a small living room with kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, sink, fridge, table with chairs and a french sofa bed. On the left there is a bathroom with shower and a small staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a double bed.

It is far 47 km from Bari Airport and 80 km from Brindisi Airport. The house is about 10 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 42 km from Cisternino, 44 km from Martina Franca, 51 km from Ostuni, 75 km from Matera and 117 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
