This experience takes place in an ancient Masseria.
The Masseria is the heart of an agricultural company of approximately 30 thousand hectares where superior quality organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from monumental thousand-year-old olive trees.
The Masseria preserves intact the testimonies left by the populations that followed one another.
The guided tour begins in the olive grove to discover the oldest specimens with fascinating sculptural forms where the history of olive cultivation is told, where the history of olive processing and life in the fortified tower farm is told.
Following, a blind tasting of 3/4 organic extra virgin olive oils on dry friselline.
