A few minutes from Vieste, you will meet an oil producer who has been producing oil with unmistakable organoleptic qualities for three generations.
Immersed among the company’s centuries-old olive trees, you will be shown the reality of olive oil, some of the main crops of our region and the agricultural techniques related to the plant, as well as the olive processing technique in the mill. A brief presentation of the company, starting from its early years up to the present day, will at the same time offer you the opportunity to taste the company’s oil, even in its flavored variants, together with other specialties of the Gargano and a choice of local wines. After the tastings, some notes on the culinary combinations of the oil will be introduced.
