Horizon Apartment is a newly built beachfront groundfloor apartment. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi with fiber, great for working remotely. You enter the accomodation via a small staircase to the external seafront reserved veranda equipped with outdoors furniture. Accessing the apartment you will find a living room with kitchen equipped with gas burners, oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, table with chairs and sofa. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom is equipped with a single sofa bed. Both bedrooms give access to the covered veranda where you will find an heated mini-pool with hydromassage, table and livingroom furnishing.
The accommodation also includes a reserved park slot inside the condominium.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 300€
