Today the farmer will take you into the heart of the Apulian culinary tradition, literally making you put your hands in the dough. You will learn to prepare the dough with semolina and flour, with just enough salt and water, giving life to the famous orecchiette, the witty cavatelli and the more relaxed strascinate. The lesson will be seasoned with the story dedicated to the production of the different types of wheat on the Masseria, with nice anecdotes linked to our culinary translation.
