This land is so beautiful that it makes you want to take some of it away. And if having it in your heart isn’t enough, with the cooking class in Masseria you can feel like you’re in Puglia at least when you’re at the table. With the chef you will prepare orecchiette and taralli and then delight yourself with a dessert, it becomes easy even for those who are convinced they don’t know how to cook even an egg. At the end of the experience you will take with you a box of the fresh pasta you prepared, with all the suggestions for letting it dry as best as possible and enjoying it with whoever you want.
