Masseria del Cherubino is a renovated historic farmhouse with private pool, located in the countryside between Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, and Conversano, near the beautiful hamlet of Triggianello. The Masseria consists of three independent units, each equipped with air conditioning in each area, Wi-Fi, and a huge outdoor parking. Masseria del Cherubino can accommodate up to 9 people and it is perfect to reach the main touristic destinations of the Itria Valley and the seaside of Polignano and Monopoli in just few minutes by car, but also to enjoy moments of total relax without leaving the villa.

The Masseria’s entrance gate opens onto a large parking area, separated from the main building by a characteristic and well-maintained dry stone wall. The property immediately welcomes guests with a view of the private pool (10m x 4m x 1.4m hmax) with a solarium and outdoor shower. There is also a covered veranda with outdoor sink and a large wooden table and chairs, perfect for lunch and dinners outside.

The first unit of Masseria del Cherubino directly overlooks the pool. Inside, you’ll find the living area with kitchen equipped with an induction stove, sink, refrigerator, and table and chairs. In the same area, you’ll find a comfortable single sofa bed and access to the bathroom with shower. The unit also has a bright double bedroom, accommodating three people in total.

Walking around the perimeter of the building, you’ll find access to the second unit. The entrance opens onto the living area with kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a small wall which separates and houses the kitchen area, equipped with an induction stove, sink, refrigerator, and table with chairs. This unit also features a spacious double bedroom, accommodating three people in total.

The rear facade of the Masseria leads to the third and final unit, which develops on two levels and has access to the terrace. The living area is equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, a kitchen with an induction stove, refrigerator, sink, and it also has access to a small bathroom. A staircase leads to the sleeping area, where we find the bright double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to the large terrace, which offers views of the entire Masseria and the surrounding countryside.

Masseria del Cherubino is far 51 Km from the Bari Airport, 82 Km from the Brindisi Airport. The nearest sea is that of Polignano a Mare about 14 km far, where there are sandy free beaches and equipped lidos in Capitolo (sea hamlet of Monopoli) at about 21 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, it is possible to reach the caves of Castellana Grotte at 10 Km, Polignano a Mare at 12 Km, Monopoli at 14 Km, Alberobello at 24 Km, Locorotondo at 34 Km, Martina Franca at 45 Km, Cisternino at 42 Km, Ostuni at 54 Km, Matera at 68 Km and Lecce at 121 Km. While for nature lovers we strongly recommend the Natural Park and the gorgeous white beach of Torre Guaceto at 70 Km. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Conversano, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 6 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. If any steps are missing in the procedure a penalty of €50 will be applied.
