The experience we offer you is imbued with a storytelling that runs through the history and architecture of the place where you will be, the livestock and crops, the uncontaminated woods, the production of dairy and bakery products. A guide will lead you on a tour of the entire company with historical notes of the Masseria.
In the initial phase, the “bakers” show how to make handmade pasta in the different typical Apulian shapes or how to roll up taralli. Then it’s up to the guests to get their hands dirty!
A “master cheesemaker”, while working in the dairy, dedicates himself entirely to you, teaching you how to weave mozzarelle and burrata. Once the lesson is over, who volunteers?
The visit ends with a “taste tour” with: platter of our cheeses (fresh and matured) and cured meats, friselle, pickles from the garden, bread and taralli, a glass of house wine of your choice (red, white, rosé), water and soft drinks.
