Both apartments are equipped with washing machine.

Sogno di Mezza Estate is far around 200 m from the central square of Polignano a Mare, 400 m from its wonderful old town and 450 m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile.  It is far 51 km from Bari Airport and 77 km from Brindisi Airport. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
