Holiday Rental in Putignano

Tenuta Mastricale is a villa with private pool and olive grove surrounded by the green countryside between Putignano and Noci. The property consists of two independent buildings: a Trullo equipped with kitchen, sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, toilet, outdoor area with shade sail and barbecue. The other building, larger and made of stone, is distributed over two floors with three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds. If necessary, the double bedroom on the first floor can become triple with the addition of a single bed.
The villa is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 11 people, its location is ideal for easily reaching the main towns of the Itria Valley and 40 minutes by car we find Polignano and Monopoli with their splendid sea .

The main facility of the estate is distributed over two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people. The entrance leads to an equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and sink, table with chairs and an ancient stone fireplace. The living area has direct access to the external porch equipped with barbecue, table and chairs. From the living area, after a few steps, we find a hallway that leads to the two bedrooms: one with a double bed  and with direct access to the external area, the other one with two single beds. On the left there is the bathroom with shower.
From the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a further double bedroom, which can accomodate 3 people if necessary with an additional single bed, and a bathroom with shower.

Between the two structures that the estate consists of there is a private swimming pool (measurements 11m x 3.5m x 1.30m) and a solarium area with a beautiful olive grove, surrounded by greenery and ideal for enjoying your stay in total relaxation.

The Trullo apartment is located beyond the pool area, it has an outdoor area with a shade sail and barbecue. It  can accommodate up to 4 people. The entrance leads to the living area with kitchen equipped with induction hob, sink, oven, fridge and table with chairs and sofa bed, there is also a toilet. On the left we find the double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Tenuta Mastricale is about 35km (40 minutes by car) from the beautiful sea of Monopoli. It is far 64 km from Bari Airport at 87 km from Brindisi Airport. Among the most beautiful destinations in the surrounding area, it is possible to reach the Castellana Caves at 9 km, Alberobello at 18 km, Locorotondo at 26 km, Monopoli at 27 km, Polignano a Mare at 25 km, Martina Franca at 33 km, Cisternino at 36 km, Ostuni 50 km, the wonderful natural reserve of Torre Guaceto 80 km, Matera 56 km and Lecce 125 km. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). 

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 300€
