We introduce you to the new “cheese bar” concept: a small wooden kiosk immersed in the Mercadante forest, in the heart of the Murgia Park. What awaits you is a tasting journey through our range of cheeses, from fresh to mature ones, as well as blue ones, while sipping local wines and enjoying other traditional Apulian delicacies.
As if this unique tasting experience were not life-changing, it will take place in the symphony of the Mercadante forest: 1300 hectares of wild nature where you can relax while enjoying good food and great company.
