The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is equipped with A/C, WiFi, and free private parking within the property. Its strategic location allows guests to quickly reach both the beaches of Capitolo and the most iconic villages in the area, such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and Ostuni.

The main entrance opens onto a bright and welcoming living area. Here, you will find a spacious living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a dining table, hob, sink, refrigerator, oven, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.
The sleeping area consists of a master double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The internal amenities are completed by a washing machine available for guest use.

The outdoor area is the true heart of the property: there is a swimming pool reserved for guests (3m x 7m, max height 1.50) and a large covered, paved pergola equipped with a table and chairs, which offers the perfect space for al fresco lunches and dinners overlooking the surrounding garden. The villa is encircled by vast private grounds with olive and almond trees, ideal for enjoying the silence of nature in total safety and privacy.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. If any steps are missing in the procedure a penalty of €50 will be applied.
