Villa La Casetta is a villa with private swimming pool a few km from the city of Ostuni. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a place with slow pace and a relaxing atmosphere. The house is furnished and detailed with an elegant and simple touch, welcoming our guests, and taking care of their comfort and needs.
The entrance is a wide courtyard circling an old pozzo. A large garden surrounds the Casetta, between the citrus and olive trees.
The swimming pool is surrounded by different terraces, and it ends with a large fire place and open space terrace.
The lines of the house and every detail contributes to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. The thick white walls protect and keep the rooms cool and quiet.
The entrance leads to the open plan living area, marked by a fire place, with a fully equipped kitchen and an antique wood table seating eight in front of a bay window giving access the swimming pool area.
The Villa is located near the historical city of Ostuni, the white city, and just 10 minutes from the sea. World famous for its gastronomy, architecture and history.
Check-In: SUNDAY from 3pm to 9pm
Check-Out: within 11am
Cauzione: a security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Terms and Conditions
Booking confirmation:
- To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
- less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
Weekly Rate
During low season (Sept to April) we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During high season (May to August) we require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
