The Gargano is rich in natural beauty. In fact, it is to be considered a small paradise of biodiversity, containing 40% of the Italian flora and 70% of the birds nesting in our country. Certainly, the most attractive place in this sense is that of the Umbra Forest, the green lung of southern Italy, approximately 10,000 hectares of beech and oak forests, uncontaminated nature and karst phenomena.
Today dedicated to visiting one of the local wineries for a tasting in the middle of a centuries-old olive grove. You will meet winemaker Cinzia and learn about her passion for the vineyard and her production techniques while sipping a selection of wines, chosen specifically for your tasting. Extra virgin olive oil produced on site and other local specialties will also be provided. Then take a walk in the vineyard as the sun is about to set.
