The stop on our tour is an ancient Masseria near Monopoli.
The Masseria in question is fully part of the mythology of the fortified places of Apulia, today emblems of hospitality and high-class living, of a singular half-agricultural and half-seafaring culture to be discovered and experienced, with intensity.
Are you ready for the cooking class experience to learn how to make pizza with the Apulian recipe?
Pizza is one of the typical foods of the Italian culinary tradition and here in Puglia we are really good at making it. We want to pass on to you our passion and our knowledge on how to prepare it.
We will teach you the traditional recipe, the right doses for the ingredients to get a pizza worthy of the best Neapolitan pizza chef, the true masters of pizza.
We will only use typical ingredients from Apulia: we have chosen for you the best flours produced from native wheat, exquisite mozzarella from our master cheesemakers, tomatoes harvested from organic crops together with seasonal greens and vegetables.
After teaching you the best method to prepare pizza, we will cook it in a wood-fired oven. There will be nothing left to do but sit around the table and enjoy it together.
